“Kon Tiki Nation” is the first in a series of short films from Stuffed & Busted about legendary restaurateurs from Shreveport’s past. This episode pays homage to Kon Tiki, a Polynesian restaurant and lounge that operated in Shreveport from 1970 until 2003, and its beloved owner, Chek Wing Joe.
